Our packages include hotel or dharamshala stay near the ghats, private or shared transport, station/airport pickup, guided ghat visits for the holy dip, and 24/7 on-ground support. Meals and puja bookings can be added on request.

Packages start from ₹12,499 per person for a short Prayagraj circuit and go up to fully custom multi-day itineraries for Nashik and Haridwar. Final price depends on stay category, group size, transport mode and travel dates.

Book at least 3–4 months ahead if you're travelling for a Shahi Snan or Amrut Snan date. Stays within walking distance of the ghats sell out fastest around the major bathing days.

Yes, every package is built around your travel dates, budget, group size and preferred stay type. Share your requirements over call or WhatsApp and we'll adjust the itinerary accordingly.

Cancellations made 15+ days before travel are eligible for a partial refund minus booking charges; cancellations closer to the travel date have lower or no refund due to hotel and transport lock-ins. Exact terms are shared in writing at the time of booking.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, and cash for local bookings. A booking advance confirms your dates, with the balance payable before or during travel as agreed.

The Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Simhastha Kumbh begins 31 October 2026, with the main Amrut Snans on 2 August, 31 August and 11–12 September 2027. The Haridwar Ardh Kumbh runs 14 January to 20 April 2027 with 10 bathing dates.

Ardh Kumbh (every 6 years) is held only at Prayagraj and Haridwar. Purna Kumbh (every 12 years) rotates between Prayagraj, Haridwar, Nashik-Trimbakeshwar and Ujjain. Maha Kumbh, the rarest, happens only at Prayagraj once every 144 years — the last was in 2025.

It's the most sacred bathing day of a Kumbh Mela, when Akharas (sadhu orders) lead ritual processions to the river before the general public bathes. These dates draw the largest crowds and need the earliest planning.

No — you can take the holy dip on any day the mela is active. Many pilgrims deliberately avoid the exact Shahi Snan hour to skip the heaviest crowds while still bathing during the sacred period.

Nashik-Trimbakeshwar suits shorter trips from Mumbai or Pune during the 2026–27 Simhastha. Haridwar suits families travelling from Delhi or North India for the 2027 Ardh Kumbh, with easy rail access. Prayagraj suits year-round Sangam visits or combo trips, since its next full Kumbh isn't until 2037

The nearest airport is Nashik (ISK), about 25 km from the ghats, with Mumbai and Pune also well connected by road and rail. We arrange pickup from Nashik Road railway station or the airport as part of your package.

The nearest airport is Dehradun (DED), about 35 km away, while Haridwar Junction railway station has direct trains from Delhi and major North Indian cities. Road travel from Delhi takes roughly 5–6 hours.

Yes — our Prayagraj circuit is commonly extended with 2 nights in Varanasi and 1 night in Ayodhya, since both are a short drive or train ride away. Let us know while enquiring and we'll quote the combined itinerary

Early morning (before 7 am) and late evening are least crowded outside of Shahi Snan dates. Midday and the hour around a Shahi Snan see the heaviest footfall.

Options range from budget dharamshala-style stays to private AC hotel rooms, all vetted for distance from the ghats and basic hygiene standards. Tent accommodation is also available closer to the mela grounds during peak dates.

Yes, every stay we list has attached or nearby washroom access; mela authorities also set up public sanitation blocks across the grounds during the event. We only list stays we've personally checked for water supply and cleanliness.

Yes, all meal plans we arrange are pure vegetarian, in line with the pilgrimage nature of the trip. Many stays also offer satvik (onion-garlic-free) meals on request.

Mobile network usually works but can be congested during Shahi Snan hours due to crowd density; telecom providers typically set up temporary towers to help. Wi-Fi is generally available at hotels but not guaranteed at tent stays or the ghats themselves.

Yes, with planning — stay within walking distance of the ghats, avoid the exact Shahi Snan hour with elderly or very young travellers, and book a package with a dedicated on-ground coordinator. We help plan around crowd density for comfort and safety.

Pack comfortable walking footwear, a change of dry clothes for after the bath, a small waterproof pouch for documents/phone, any regular medication, and a printed ID card with emergency contact details. Weather-appropriate layers help too, since mornings can be cold.

Mela authorities set up temporary hospitals and first-aid camps across the grounds for every Kumbh Mela. We also keep a list of the nearest facilities to your stay and share it as part of your itinerary.

Mela administrations run announcement-based lost-and-found centres, and we recommend every traveller carries a printed ID card with your coordinator's phone number. Our on-ground team stays reachable throughout your trip to help coordinate in case of separation.

Yes — groups of 10 or more travelling together get preferential rates on stay and transport. Share your group size and dates with us for a custom group quote.
